CultureCore employee recognition platform demo

The product behind the interface.

CultureCore gives businesses a shared space for peer recognition, rewards, shout-outs, and recurring employee balances.

I worked on authentication flows and broader frontend features, focusing on reliable account state and a responsive product experience.

My part in making it work.

The frontend needed to feel social and immediate while still supporting business rules around balances, rewards, and user access.

  1. Worked on Firebase and Microsoft authentication, protected routes, and reliable account-state flows.

  2. Built and maintained recognition, comment, navigation, and responsive interaction flows.

  3. Worked on user feedback, content interactions, and reusable product components.

  4. Diagnosed authentication, keep-alive, notification, and request-reliability issues.

  5. Improved responsive behavior across content-heavy screens.

The hard parts.

  • Keeping authentication state predictable across protected and public product areas.
  • Making recognition activity feel lightweight while supporting business-specific rules.
  • Designing mobile-friendly interactions for content-heavy screens.

What the work enabled.

  • Reliable authentication flows
  • Responsive social UI
  • Recognition and rewards experience
  • Reusable frontend components
